IAAMC students are provided with excellent infrastructure facilities to aid them in their studies and all round development. The facilities include a well equipped library, laboratory, museums and hostel complex.

The college has a well established library consisting of over 2500 titles in Ayurveda and other medical books for reference. A number of periodicals, Indian and International journals are also subscribed to. The library is open to the staff and the students of the college only.

Separate digital library facility is available with internet, browsing. Here fresh students are trained by the experts to get computer knowledge.
