The Department of Samhita, Siddhanta, and Sanskrit serves as the foundation of Ayurvedic education, focusing on the classical texts, fundamental principles, and linguistic studies essential for understanding Ayurveda in its true essence. This department is dedicated to preserving, interpreting, and imparting knowledge from ancient Ayurvedic scriptures like the Brihattrayi (Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Ashtanga Hridaya) and Laghutrayi (Madhava Nidana, Sharangadhara Samhita, and Bhava Prakasha).
